Day 1: Arrive Halifax
Tour begins: 6:00 PM, Delta Barrington. Welcome to Nova Scotia! A transfer from the Halifax Airport to the Delta Barrington is included upon arrival. Your journey begins with a welcome reception and dinner at Pier 21, chronicling the story of immigration to Canada in the 20th century through exhibits and a poignant multi-media production, Oceans of Hope. Day 2: Lunenburg / Peggy's Cove
Pass through seaside hamlets and harbor towns en route to Lunenburg, named a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its well-preserved, colorful 19th-century timber-built houses. A choice of sightseeing today includes a walking tour of Lunenburg or a visit to the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic, showcasing the Maritimes' rich seafaring heritage. Visit Mahone Bay and Peggy's Cove before enjoying an evening at leisure in Halifax. Meals B

Day 4: Prince Edward Island
Take a ferry from Nova Scotia to beautiful Prince Edward Island. Arrive in Old Charlottetown for a two-night stay; your hotel is just steps from the winding boardwalk. Meals BL

Day 5: A National Park & Anne of Green Gables
Spend the morning hours on your own in Charlottetown, then depart for a visit to Prince Edward Island National Park. Discover salt marshes rich in wildlife, freshwater ponds, dramatic bluffs, and endless coastline; see the fragility of the sweeping dunes on Greenwich Peninsula. View quaint fishing villages as you travel along the island's magnificent beaches, and tour Green Gables House, the farmhouse immortalized in Lucy Maud Montgomery's beloved book. End the day with a traditional lobster dinner, and schedule permitting, attend a performance of the musical Anne of Green Gables. Meals BD

Day 6: Digby / Annapolis Royal
Cross the Confederation Bridge today to New Brunswick and on to Nova Scotia. Visit Port-Royal National Historic Site and the Habitation, one of the earliest settlements in North America, where a reconstruction of early 17th-century buildings comes to life through costumed interpreters and period demonstrations. Continue on to your golf resort in Digby, overlooking the Annapolis Basin and the Bay of Fundy. Meals BLD

Day 7: Whale Watching / Time at Leisure

A transfer to the Halifax International Airport from the Delta Barrington is included for these bookings. Allow a minimum of two hours for flight check-in.
